The Southwold Gym is located within The Old Hospital on Field Stile Road, just behind St Edmund’s Church and Tibby’s Green Park.
There is not an on-site car park. There are several public car parks within a short walking distance, including Southwold Pier, Millennium Foundation, York Road, and Godyll Road car parks.
Free street parking is available on surrounding roads, although spaces can be limited during busy periods.

We encourage everyone who can to enjoy the walk or bike ride here – we have plenty of secure bike racks available.
